Cuento del bordado
They say that the honeycomb pattern was invented by the bees that visit the cempasúchil. A weaver watched them work all an October afternoon and wanted the fabric to have the same patience: raised little squares, one next to the other, all the same ivory shade, like the cells of a honeycomb.
That is why this napkin needs no embroidery. It is enough to run your hand over it to feel the calm with which it was made.
